The Beanie Tools Curved Lockdown Sander is crafted from durable aluminum, offering strength while keeping the design lightweight. It features a powerful spring-loaded mechanism that locks the belt securely in place, eliminating the hassle of lost pins and loose belts!

With firm rubber material on both sides, the sander enhances belt life and allows it to conform to every contour and uneven surface, ensuring a smoother, more efficient finish.

While it fits any Baldor belt, it performs best with Beanie Tools belts, which feature a unique split grit to speed up the shoe finishing process. The sander comes ready to use with a Blue/Green (36 x 80 grit) belt and a wooden handle.

The Curved Lockdown Sander has a flat side and a curved side which is ideal for sanding the inside edge of a shoe, it also works very well with concave shoes and sections
